The Australian National University

As a new year gets underway at  ANU, the Library has put together some information that will help new students in their studies and research.

1. Join a branch tour and information session

You don’t need to navigate the Library alone! Join a branch tour and information session, and learn how to access the scholarly information you will need for your assignments. Information sessions includewhere to find the opening hours (Link through to web page), a virtual tour of the Library catalogue and electronic resources.

2. Online and face-to-face training

Did you know the Library offers over 80 free online and face-to-face training sessions including referencing, research, and IT skills? Have a look at the online training calendar for what is available this week and throughout the semester.

3. PCs and wi fi

Thanks to our colleagues in IT Services there are now an additional 10 PCs in the Chifley Library on level 3 and every library has upgraded Wi-Fi to help keep you connected. We hope this makes your study and experience at the ANU great.
